About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Urologist to join its well-established hospital-based clinical practice in Palm Beach. The physician will join a team of seasoned urologists representing several sub-specialties, including a urologic oncologist and APP support for both inpatient and outpatient coverage. This full-time opportunity involves treating a wide array of urologic conditions using the latest innovations in surgical and non-surgical therapies. Candidates will have prior experience providing the full scope of general urologic care and must be comfortable seeing at least 18-20 patients per day in a busy practice, with a required call of up to 7 days per month. Outpatient clinic coverage will be 2-3 days per week. The group enjoys established protocols and coverage, recognized leadership, and exhibits continuous growth potential with established referrals. The clinic is well supplied for cystoscopy, biopsy, and other office-based procedures, with access to advanced technology including the DaVinci XI robotic surgical system. We are seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compensation is commensurate with training and experience.

Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date).
  • Satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Comfortable seeing at least 18-20 patients per day.
  • Required call of up to 7 days per month.
