Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Medical Oncologist to join its well-established program at its Lynn Cancer Institute (LCI), part of Baptist Health Cancer Care. LCI has been awarded 11 High Performing ratings from U.S. News & World Report (2025-2026) for various cancer types and offers comprehensive care with over 30 dedicated physicians and specialists. The institute actively participates in 18 clinical trials, sees 4,000 newly diagnosed patients annually, and operates more than 9 clinics and programs. This is a full-time opportunity where candidates will provide comprehensive medical oncology care, develop and deliver treatment plans using advanced techniques, and participate with multidisciplinary teams including medical, surgical, radiology, and pathology oncology. The role is supported by a team of fellow clinicians and physicians. The ideal candidate will focus on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit a professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compensation is commensurate with training and experience. Florida offers no state income tax.
