About The Position

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified rheumatologist to join its physician-led multispecialty practice in Fairfield, California. This turn-key opportunity offers strong referral networks and the ability to build a busy practice quickly, with support from experienced rheumatology colleagues and the resources of a large, integrated healthcare system.

The practice is outpatient-focused, with no inpatient call responsibilities. The role offers practice autonomy, state-of-the-art technology including EPIC electronic health records, and flexible scheduling, including the option of a four-day work week. The position is designed to support exceptional patient care and work-life balance.

SMG is a multispecialty group of more than 1,600 clinicians practicing in seven Northern California counties. Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in rheumatology.
