Responsible for coordinating all tasks that ensure the successful onboarding of new clinicians. Works closely with onboarding, credentialing, site supervisors, IS teams, and other key departments. Supports the development of onboarding strategies and processes. Builds and maintains effective relationships with medical foundation staff and physician leaders. Communicates clearly and manages multiple demands calmly and efficiently. Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
