Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
2+ years of experience in provider or physician recruitment, within a large healthcare system.
Experience working in Oracle or similar environments.
Thrives in a fast paced and changing work environment, connects daily work to big picture goals (strategic mindset), and positively contributes to team culture.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate presentation for Physicians and APPs in strict alignment with national legal standards.
Collaborate with hospital executives and Graduate Medical Education (GME) leaders to align staffing priorities and retain graduating residents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, managing seamless interview hand-offs and customized, high-touch site visits.
Partner with marketing and promotions teams to launch strategic recruitment campaigns focused on high-priority specialties and geographic markets.
Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to consistently achieve time-to-hire SLAs and recruitment KPIs.
