About The Position

Jackson and Coker connects healthcare professionals with hospitals and clinics that need temporary support. As a Physician Recruiter, you will build relationships with providers, introduce them to the company’s services and open opportunities, assess their credentials and availability, source leads, and collaborate with Sales Consultants and internal teams to match providers with client openings. The role is suited to someone motivated by sales and recruiting who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work toward recruiting goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management habits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in a goal-driven environment.
• Phone sales experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales fundamentals and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily outreach and respond to inbound provider inquiries to build strong relationships.
• Introduce Jackson and Coker’s services and open opportunities to prospective providers using a consultative approach.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess provider credentials, availability, and fit for client needs.
• Generate leads through job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with Sales Consultants and internal teams to align providers with client openings.
• Meet or exceed recruiting goals.
