We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Physician Recruiter to join our growing health system. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our medical staff and advancing access to high-quality care across our communities. The Physician Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for employed and independent physicians and advanced practice providers. This individual will partner closely with operational, clinical, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years physician recruitment experience (health system or firm preferred)
  • Strong understanding of physician compensation models and contracts
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
  • Develop recruitment strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill specialties
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate site visits, interviews, and contract processes
  • Represent the health system at national conferences and recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate reporting and recruitment metrics
