This role directs all activities related to physician recruitment for all SJRMC entities and SJPN, including but not limited to monitoring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, contracting and hiring, on-boarding new physicians, and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience in healthcare
• At least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred
• Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired
