About The Position

St. Luke’s Medical Group is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to provide outpatient primary care in Wentzville, Missouri. The physician will join a physician-led, patient-centered organization in a supportive practice environment with experienced clinical staff. The role is 100% outpatient, with no inpatient responsibilities, and includes opportunities to help shape care through leadership and innovation.

The position offers a three-year guaranteed salary, competitive base compensation with productivity incentives, marketing support to grow the practice, and flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend call coverage is provided. Physicians have access to St. Luke’s specialists, urgent care centers, and hospital services through established referral networks. The practice uses Cerner EMR and AI tools that enter information directly into the EMR, with a dedicated clinical team to support patient care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused approach and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• DEA license.
• Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients.
