About The Position

St. Luke’s Medical Group is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to provide outpatient primary care in Wentzville, Missouri, and other western and southern St. Louis suburbs. The position offers a three-year guaranteed salary for Wentzville and a physician-led, patient-focused practice environment emphasizing autonomy, collaboration, and leadership opportunities.

The role is 100% outpatient with no inpatient responsibilities. Physicians work with experienced clinical staff and can use direct referral access to St. Luke’s specialists, urgent care centers, and hospital services. The practice uses Cerner EMR and AI tools that input directly into the EMR. Scheduling is flexible, with evening and weekend call coverage provided. Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused approach and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• DEA license.
• Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and use available specialist, urgent care, and hospital referral networks to support patient care.
