About The Position
Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking experienced, residency-trained Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join their hospital-employed team in an outpatient practice in and around Fredericksburg, VA. They are also recruiting faculty for their IM and FM residency programs. The healthcare system serves an extensive region and provides comprehensive services and compassionate, state-of-the-art care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply. Mary Washington Healthcare is a private, non-profit regional system consisting of two hospitals (Level 2 Trauma Center and a community hospital with 571 beds), three emergency departments, and over 50 healthcare facilities serving patients and communities across the greater Fredericksburg Region. Requirements
- Medical Degree
- Board Certified within one year of completing training.
- Current, unrestricted, Virginia State license or eligible for Virginia licensure
- Obtain DEA for full prescriptive ability
- AHA, BLS Required
