About The Position

Seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota. This role involves providing care to children aged 0-17 with a variety of medical diagnoses within a 22-bed Pediatric Unit, including 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, and 14 peds PICU beds covered by a Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist. The position also offers opportunities for teaching Family Medicine residents and students. CentraCare is a leading not-for-profit health system serving patients across Minnesota, with St. Cloud Hospital being a 489-bed regional referral center and Level II trauma center.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient care to children aged 0-17.
• Work within a 22-bed Pediatric Unit, including ICU, PPCU, and PICU beds.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Critical Care Intensivists for PICU coverage.
• Participate in a Pediatric Sedation program.
• Engage in Family Medicine resident and student teaching opportunities.
