That’s why we’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Physician Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen and expand our network throughout the Virginia Beach region. As a Physician Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our world-class physical therapy services and the medical community that trusts us with their patients’ care. You’ll develop and nurture relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare offices to increase awareness of BioMechanic’s services and continue driving our mission of helping every patient achieve measurable, lasting results. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales/ healthcare outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• A genuine passion for helping people and promoting services that make a real difference.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams across the Virginia Beach area.
• Communicate BioMechanic’s patient success stories, outcomes, and programs to increase referral awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute outreach visits, presentations, and community engagement events.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow referral sources and patient volume.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an excellent experience for every referred patient.
• Monitor outreach metrics and report results to leadership on a regular basis.
• Represent BioMechanic Physical Therapy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in all community interactions.
