Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach staff through comprehensive onboarding, continuous training, and career development initiatives, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Seamlessly coordinate daily clinic activities and delegate tasks effectively to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth workflows.
- Partner with leadership on meaningful performance evaluations, providing the constructive feedback and recognition your team needs to succeed.
- Serve as the guardian of our clinical standards, ensuring your team confidently aligns with all departmental protocols, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations.
