Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and assigned tasks for staff within the practice site(s).
- Conduct staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Collaborate on staff performance evaluations and professional development.
- Ensure strict staff adherence to all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Represent the practice in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to implement new services.
