About The Position
This role involves supervising assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s). The supervisor will be responsible for the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff, as well as assisting with performance evaluations. The position also requires participation in multidisciplinary meetings or committees to address issues and implement new services, and ensuring staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).
- Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Assist with performance evaluations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
- Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
