About The Position

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to help launch and lead a new OB/GYN department in Novato, California. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of women’s health services in the community while collaborating with a highly respected medical group. The role involves a full scope general obstetrics & gynecology practice with a teaching opportunity. Call is shared among 8 physicians. The practice will utilize spacious new offices immediately adjacent to the hospital, with an on-site surgery center for outpatient surgeries. There is a built-in referral network from a strong primary care network within the group and patients with Sutter insurance plans. An integrated EMR (EPIC) is used in both the office and hospital, and strong office support staff are available.

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
