About The Position
Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to help launch and lead a new OB/GYN department in Novato, California. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of women’s health services in the community while collaborating with a highly respected medical group. The role involves a full scope general obstetrics & gynecology practice with a teaching opportunity. The physician will join a group call shared between 8 physicians and will work in spacious new offices immediately adjacent to the hospital. An on-site Surgery Center is available for outpatient surgeries. The position benefits from a built-in referral network from a strong primary care network within the group and patients with Sutter insurance plans. An integrated EMR (EPIC) is used in both the office and hospital, and strong office support staff are available.
Requirements
- Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Nice To Haves
- 2-5 years of experience is preferred but not required
- Robotics training is ideal but not required
