About The Position

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to help launch and lead a new OB/GYN department in Novato, California. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of women's health services in the community while collaborating with a highly respected medical group. The role involves a full scope general obstetrics & gynecology practice with a teaching opportunity. The position offers group call shared between 8 physicians, spacious new offices immediately adjacent to the hospital, and an on-site Surgery Center for outpatient surgeries. There is a built-in referral network from a strong primary care network within the group and patients with Sutter insurance plans. The practice utilizes an integrated EMR (EPIC) in the office and hospital, and provides strong office support staff.

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Nice To Haves

• 2-5 years of experience is preferred but not required
• Robotics training is ideal but not required
