About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians for Holy Cross Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Maryland. This is an opportunity to join a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. The practice is at a 110-bed facility with a 15-bed closed ICU, serving as a Primary Stroke Center. The role involves managing approximately 18 encounters per day in a community hospital setting with 24/7 in-house critical care support.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
- Current MD state license is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospital medicine services as a Nocturnist.
- Manage approximately 18 encounters per day.
- Run rapid response and Stroke calls.
- Collaborate with a 24/7 in-house critical care physician and APPs on the HM OBS service.
- Focus attention on patients and provide care when, where, and how they need it.
