About The Position
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Neurosurgeon with a subspecialty interest in cerebrovascular/endovascular neurosurgery to join their multispecialty Neurosurgery Division. This role offers the opportunity to build a subspecialty practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, supported by an established practice, strong referral base, and a collaborative team of specialists. The position utilizes an integrated EMR (EPIC) and offers competitive compensation, schedule flexibility, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- BC/BE in Neurosurgery
- Fellowship required
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Active or eligible for a California Medical License
Responsibilities
- Build a subspecialty neurosurgery practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Provide patient-focused care.
- Collaborate with a team of neuro-interventionalists, stroke neurologists, neuro-critical care specialists, and radiation oncologists.
- Focus on patient care with administrative infrastructure provided by SPMF.
- Engage in teaching, research, innovation, mentorship, leadership, and community service.
