About The Position

Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Neurosurgeon with a subspecialty interest in spine, peripheral nerve, or functional neurosurgery to join their multispecialty Neurosurgery Division. This role offers a great opportunity to build a subspecialty practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, supported by an established practice, strong referral base, and a collaborative medical staff. The position utilizes an integrated EMR (EPIC) and offers schedule flexibility, competitive compensation, and a generous benefits package.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Neurosurgery
• Active or eligible for a California Medical License

Nice To Haves

• Subspecialty interest in spine, peripheral nerve, or functional neurosurgery
• Fellowship preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build a subspecialty neurosurgery practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Provide patient-focused care.
• Collaborate with a team of neuro-interventionalists, otorhinolaryngologists, neuro-oncologists, radiation oncologists, neurologists, and supportive medical staff.
• Focus on patient care, leveraging the administrative infrastructure provided by SPMF.
