About The Position

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Neurologist to join the Department of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurosciences within the SMG Neuroscience Service Line in Sacramento, California. Applicants may be general neurologists or neurologists with fellowship training or experience in cognitive and behavioral neurology, memory, headache, movement, or neuromuscular disorders.

The role offers opportunities to participate in graduate medical education, including teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship for the emerging Neurology Residency Program and other learners. Academic, research, and technology opportunities are available. SMG is a multispecialty medical group of more than 1,600 clinicians practicing across seven counties in Northern California. Its clinicians are involved in clinical practice, teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.
• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
