About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrology physician to grow the expanding clinic in the Northern Suburbs surrounding Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. Clinic onsite in Lake Forest, IL. Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. Employed Full-time position with Northwestern Medicine. Candidate will be Board certified/Board eligible in Nephrology and have completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Nephrology. EPIC electronic health record system wide.

- Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system.
