This is a full-time employed position with Northwestern Medical Group with hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest hospital. The primary location is Lake Forest, Illinois. This is a successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success and compassionate care. Requirements
- AP/CP board certified pathologist
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois
Nice To Haves
- Subspecialty training or expertise in breast/gynecologic pathology or hematopathology
Responsibilities
- General duties include but not limited to: general surgical pathology with frozen sections, cytopathology with immediate FNA assessments, hematopathology (bone marrows and lymph node), AP/CP call, administrative, educational and operational committee duties.
