About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrology physician to grow the expanding clinic in the Northern Suburbs surrounding Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. This is an employed Full-time position with Northwestern Medicine. The candidate will be Board certified/Board eligible in Nephrology and have completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Nephrology. The position utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system wide.

Responsibilities
- Provide nephrology care within an expanding clinic.
- Obtain hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system.
