This is a full-time employed position with Northwestern Medical Group with hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest hospital. The primary location is Lake Forest, Illinois. This is a successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success and compassionate care. Requirements

• AP/CP board certified pathologist
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois

Nice To Haves

• Subspecialty training or expertise in breast/gynecologic pathology or hematopathology

Responsibilities

• General surgical pathology with frozen sections
• Cytopathology with immediate FNA assessments
• Hematopathology (bone marrows and lymph node)
• AP/CP call
• Administrative, educational and operational committee duties
