Requirements
- Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- EMR experience
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.
