Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM, FM, or Geriatrics)
- Active or eligible state license & DEA
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for a Medicare Advantage population
- Act as a trusted advisor and health coach, not just a diagnostician
- Stay connected across the care journey—specialists, hospitals, transitions
- Lead a collaborative care team that shares responsibility for outcomes
- Mentor and supervise APPs while maintaining clinical oversight
