About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a dynamic, driven professional to promote its Home Infusion Pharmacy Services and expand referrals and revenue. This fully remote position covers Southern Indiana and involves regular field travel to healthcare provider offices and partner locations, with overnight travel potentially required. The Physician Liaison builds relationships with healthcare professionals, presents IU Health services, identifies business opportunities, and works with internal teams to support seamless service delivery. The role promotes specialty services to increase referrals from referring specialists, supports revenue growth for a defined group of IU Health specialists, and serves as a sales resource aligned with current market strategy. The liaison also works to resolve physician and office issues, reports market intelligence to system leadership, and serves as a resource and leader for Primary Care Liaison counterparts.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel regularly within the service area; overnight travel may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience with a track record of success.
• Prior healthcare industry experience, especially with a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• RN degree.

Responsibilities

• Promote IU Health Home Infusion Pharmacy Services and other specialty services to healthcare providers and pharmaceutical partners.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and visit provider offices and partner locations.
• Drive referrals from referring specialists into the IU Health system.
• Support revenue growth for a defined set of IU Health specialists and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and present IU Health services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work to resolve physician and office issues.
• Report market intelligence to system leadership.
• Serve as a resource and leader for Primary Care Liaison counterparts.
