PHYSICIAN-INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST
About The Position
University of Michigan Health Partners (UMHP), a large multispecialty physician group committed to exceptional quality care, is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join our hospital-employed practice in Lansing, Michigan. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position focusing on primarily adult inpatient and outpatient services. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a 1:3 call rotation. The practice is located in a vibrant B1G university community and is recognized for excellence in quality initiatives. The position is supported by 2 full-time APP's and dedicated IR technicians, utilizing 3 dedicated IR procedure rooms. The practice uses EPIC EMR, Power Scribe, and PACS image programs. This position is open to all experience levels.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program
- Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
Responsibilities
- Perform Interventional Radiology procedures for adult inpatient and outpatient services.
- Participate in a 1:3 call rotation.
- Utilize EPIC EMR, Power Scribe, and PACS image programs.
