About The Position

Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group (NMRMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) nocturnist hospitalist to join their team of 23 hospitalist physicians. This role will primarily serve at NM Kishwaukee Hospital and NM Valley West Hospital. The position involves full-time nights within a 24/7 in-house program. NMRMG is a physician-led medical group that emphasizes physician leadership, wellness, and work-life balance, leading to exceptional physician satisfaction and retention rates. The role offers outstanding compensation and benefits, and hospital privileges at both NM Kishwaukee Hospital (De Kalb, IL) and NM Valley West Hospital (Sandwich, IL). The position utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system.
