About The Position

Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group (NMRMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) nocturnist hospitalist to join their team of 23 hospitalist physicians. This role will be based at NM Kishwaukee Hospital and NM Valley West Hospital, operating as a 24/7 in-house program. The medical group is physician-led, emphasizing leadership, wellness, and work-life balance, which contributes to exceptional physician satisfaction and retention rates. The position offers outstanding compensation and benefits, utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system, and provides hospital privileges at both NM Kishwaukee Hospital (De Kalb, IL) and NM Valley West (Sandwich, IL).
