About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine with previous inpatient experience for a Nocturnist position at French Hospital Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, California. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians, offering an ownership model that provides autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The hospital is known for its collaborative physician environment and has maintained a Leap Frog Grade A for 25 years. Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine.
- Previous inpatient experience.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospital medicine services as a nocturnist.
- Manage 5-7 admits per night.
- Collaborate with the ER team, intensivists, and on-site labs and imaging.
- Focus on patient care within a 94-bed facility with a 12-bed closed ICU.
