Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.
• Current IL state license is a plus but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center.
• Experience in a 437-bed facility with a 30-bed ICU.
• Experience in a practice with annual volume of 70,000.
• Experience with all sub-specialty support.
• Experience in a practice with on-site intensivist, labs, and imaging.
