Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Eligibility/Certification in Hematology/Oncology
• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications appropriate to the scope of practice
• Active DEA registration
• Favorable malpractice history and clean background
• Successful self-query through the NPDB

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiation oncology, infusion clinic staff, pharmacists, and other specialists within a fully equipped environment.
• Participate in cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards for case discussions.
