About The Position

In cooperation with other members of the department clinical staff, an Ochsner Staff Physician will provide and coordinate patient care by abiding by Ochsner’s core values of Patients First, Integrity, Compassion, Inclusivity, Teamwork and Excellence. The Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center of Ochsner Health in Louisiana is actively recruiting a BC/BE Hematology Hospitalist (completed 2 year hematology fellowship or 3 year hematology oncology fellowship) to join our group of +100 oncologists as we expand our practices in New Orleans. Aside from inpatient and outpatient patient care responsibilities, candidates have the opportunity to participate in or develop clinical research studies, teach fellows and residents, and contribute to the development of the program. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in hematology and oncology.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in hematology and oncology.
• Completed 2 year hematology fellowship or 3 year hematology oncology fellowship.
