About The Position

Ochsner Health is actively recruiting a BC/BE Hematology Hospitalist to join our group of over 100 oncologists as we expand our practices in New Orleans. This role involves providing and coordinating patient care in alignment with Ochsner's core values. The position offers opportunities to participate in clinical research, teach fellows and residents, and contribute to program development. Requirements

BC/BE Hematology Hospitalist
Completed 2-year hematology fellowship or 3-year hematology oncology fellowship
Board certified or board eligible in hematology and oncology

Subspecialty interest is encouraged but not required for all locations.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate patient care in cooperation with other members of the department clinical staff.
Participate in or develop clinical research studies.
Teach fellows and residents.
Contribute to the development of the program.
