About The Position

RieLes Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide onsite clinical services in support of the VA Central California Health Care System in Fresno, CA. This is a contract position with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, with daytime hours.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or D.C.
• Current DEA registration and NPI number
• Current BLS and ACLS certification, or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete VA credentialing and privileging
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently

Nice To Haves

• Prior VA, military, or federal healthcare experience
• Local or regional candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide Hematology/Oncology evaluation, treatment, consultation, and patient management
• Deliver outpatient clinical services and coordinate patient care
• Complete timely documentation in the VA electronic health record system
• Comply with VA policies, patient safety standards, privacy/HIPAA requirements, and quality assurance procedures
• Complete required VA credentialing, privileging, onboarding, and training
