About The Position

Sutter East Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join its growing General Surgery division, with a primary location in Antioch, California. The role includes a mix of elective general surgery and acute care surgery. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in bread-and-butter general surgery for both elective and emergency care. The position offers a steady, manageable workload, an integrated electronic health record, and support from collaborative colleagues and consultants. The operating room has robotic surgery availability, and the office is equipped for ultrasound, biopsy, and minor procedures. Compensation is competitive and includes productivity incentives and an income guarantee. Shareholder eligibility follows 24 months of employment. The package also includes full benefits, a relocation allowance, and a robust retirement program. Sutter East Bay Medical Group is a rapidly growing, multispecialty medical group with more than 600 clinicians across 25-plus specialties in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery.
Residency in General Surgery.
Robotic surgery skills.
