About The Position

The Physician will provide patient care within the scope of their licensing, training, and credentialing, attending to patients’ medical needs and performing the duties and responsibilities of a Physician. The role also involves helping generate adequate practice volume, participating in on-call duties, and actively participating in meetings and committees. The Physician must practice medicine in accordance with current national patient safety goals.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Valid DEA certificate without restriction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Experience in outpatient medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients’ medical needs within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing.
• Perform patient care activities and Physician duties and responsibilities.
• Assist in generating adequate practice volume.

• Actively participate in meetings and committees.
