About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Neurologist to join their growing neurosciences program at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb, IL. This is an employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group, utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system. The program offers nearly 30 neurosciences subspecialties, including strong programs in cerebrovascular disease and stroke, movement disorders, brain tumors, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, spine surgery, cochlear implants, and sleep disorders. They provide acute stroke care with advanced treatment options and access to clinical trials, as well as conventional and complex neurosurgery of the brain, brain stem, and spine.
Requirements
- BE/BC General Neurologist
- Must have hospital privileges at Kishwaukee Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Join a well-established busy practice setting.
- Provide acute stroke care with advanced treatment options, including access to clinical trials.
- Perform conventional and complex neurosurgery of the brain, brain stem and spine.
