About The Position

Join a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. This role offers virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. Enjoy flexibility in schedule with 4 days a week for full-time, part-time opportunities available, and flexible patient visit duration. Remote video visits from home are available. The physician call is light, virtual, and screened through an RN, NP, and PAs initially. There are abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. Responsibilities

• Support physicians with paneled patient needs through a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.
• Provide virtual in-basket support.

• Starting salary $280,000 - $315,000 (based on experience)
