About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Morgan Hill, CA. This role emphasizes a team-based care approach, collaborating with NPs and PAs to manage patient needs. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, including a 4-day work week for full-time physicians, with part-time opportunities also available. Physicians can conduct remote video visits from home. The role includes light, virtual physician call, which is initially screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. Responsibilities
- Support physicians with paneled patient needs through a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.
- Manage virtual in-basket tasks with support from a dedicated team.
- Foster collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization.
- Participate in leadership and committee work.
- Promote and engage in quality improvement projects.
Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $315,000
- $200,000 forgivable loan
- Signing bonuses available
