About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Watsonville, CA. This role emphasizes a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs supporting physicians with patient needs, virtual in-basket support, and collaborative relationships with specialists. Physicians will experience light, virtual call duties, with calls initially screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
