About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Watsonville, CA. This role utilizes a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with patient needs, offering virtual in-basket support and collaborative relationships with specialists. The organization provides a robust onboarding and mentorship program, with flexibility in scheduling (4-day work week for full-time, part-time options available) and flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are possible, and physician call is light, virtual, and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
