About The Position

This is an opportunity for a Physician in Family Medicine to join a team-based care approach, working collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to support physicians with patient needs. The role involves virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with a 4-day work week for full-time roles and part-time opportunities available, along with flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are possible. Physician call is light and entirely virtual, with calls initially screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician support within a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.
• Manage paneled patient needs.
• Engage in virtual in-basket support.
• Foster collaborative relationships with specialists.
• Participate in onboarding and mentorship programs.
• Conduct remote video visits from home.
• Participate in light, virtual physician call (screened by RN, NP, PA).
• Engage in leadership and committee work.
• Promote quality improvement projects.

• Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
