About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. This role utilizes a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. The position offers virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. There is flexibility in schedule, with a 4-day work week for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available, along with flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are possible. The physician call is light, virtual, and screened through an RN, NP, and PAs initially. Abundant leadership and committee work opportunities are available, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
