About The Position

The Family Medicine Physician works as a leader of a Care Team, using Essentia Care Processes and collaborating with other healthcare team members to achieve patient-care objectives and provide continuity of care for patients and families. The Deer River team works closely with the existing Grand Rapids team, approximately 20 minutes away. This is a physician-led practice with clinic work in Deer River. Additional clinical opportunities include colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, and EGDs. The practice uses the EPIC electronic medical record and offers a flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE arrangement. The position is in Deer River, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
