About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join the primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Elk River in downtown Elk River, Minnesota. This community clinic provides comprehensive family care through all stages of life. The 15-provider practice includes 10 physicians and five advanced practice providers, and patient encounters average 15–18 per day. The full-time opening is 1.0 FTE, with 34 patient-contact hours per week and a flexible schedule. Call frequency is three weeks per year. As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization, providers work in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. The practice uses an integrated EPIC electronic medical record and provides employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
Board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA.
Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Able to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
Meet credentialing and privileging requirements.
